Portfolio Peer Forums

A personal advisory board, for people who wear many hats.

As a Certified Forum Leader for REF Global, I run confidential peer advisory in two settings: with corporate executives here in the UK, and in virtual Portfolio Peer Forums built for portfolio and fractional professionals.

The idea is simple. Every leader deserves a personal advisory board: a trusted, confidential room that helps them think clearly about their professional, personal and business life. Portfolio Peer Forums are that room for people who, like me, work across several boards and mandates at once. You bring the challenge you cannot take anywhere else; the forum brings perspective, challenge and accountability.

These forums sit within PXO, the wider ecosystem I co-founded for portfolio professionals. The forum is the room; PXO is the movement around it.
