How this website collects, uses and protects your personal information, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.

Who we are

This website is operated by ZED Portfolio Group Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17364598. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. If you have any question about privacy or your data, please contact us through the Contact page.

The information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, and a limited amount of technical information needed to run the site well:

  • Enquiry details. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Booking details. If you book a call, that scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the information you enter (such as your name, email and any notes) is processed through their platform.
  • Usage data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This is collected through cookies and is not loaded unless you accept analytics cookies.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and hold any call you request, and, where relevant, to keep in touch with you about our services. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running and improving this website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of essential items needed to make the site work and to remember your cookie choice. We do not load analytics or any non-essential cookies until you accept them through the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the banner back. For more on cookies generally, see the Information Commissioner's guidance.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, acting on our instructions. These currently include Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google (analytics), and Calendly (call scheduling). Each processes data under its own terms and security measures. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred abroad, it is protected by appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete it. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for a limited period in line with our analytics settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.

We may update this notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
